To see what Maintenance Level you are running:
oslevel -r (MUST BE 4.3.3 maintenance level 8 or higher)
To see what Maintenance Levels are known to your system:
oslevel -rq (MUST BE 4.3.3 maintenance level 8 or higher)
instfix -i | grep AIX_ML (< ML 8)
To see what filesets are in a Maintance Level (note the last parameter can be from the command above):
instfix -ik 4330-10_AIX_ML
To see what filesets are not applied (still needing installation) in a Maintenance Level:
oslevel -rl 4330-10 (MUST BE 4.3.3 maintenance level 8 or higher)
instfix -icqk 4330-10_AIX_ML | grep ":-:" | pg
